How can I upgrade to a different terminal system?

If you are a new merchant and would like a particular terminal solution then you can simply request your account to be setup with that particular terminal. If you already have a terminal and would like to use a different one then you should contact your local sales rep or call us directly at 1-800-508-4841 so that we can go over the options and prices with you.

How can I order supplies for my terminal?

There are 3 different options in ordering supplies for your terminal. The quickest one is by logging into your account by going to your virtual office: www.blackstonemerchant.com then enter your username and password on the top right side of the screen. If you have any type of issue logging in please call us as 1-800-508-4841 and one of our reps will help you gain access. Second option is to call our support rep directly and they will place the order for you. Simply call 1-800-639-9590, ext.2900. Third option would be to get in-touch with your local sales rep and he/she will get your supplies for you.

How can I view my sales activities along with my commissions and reports?

Blackstone Merchant Services provides all merchants with detailed online reporting for all transaction activities and filtered reports. One can also order supplies and materials from within this virtual area known as the "Virtual Office". You can login by going to: www.blackstonemerchant.com then enter your username and password on the top right side of the screen. If you have any type of issue logging in please call us as 1-800-531-4828 and one of our reps will help you gain access.

Can my terminal sell prepaid?

If your terminal is not a Blackstone Merchant Services terminal chances are it can not sell prepaid products. We have many different terminal options that may work better for your business type. Please call us at 1-800-508-4841 and one of our reps will assist in getting your terminal setup to provide prepaid services.

How can I sell prepaid long distance and wireless products?

All the POS (Point of sale) terminals that Blackstone Merchant Services offers includes the ability to resell top tier prepaid products and services right from the terminal interface. These products are updated monthly to ensure that each merchant stays competitive in this fast paced market. If your termnial is not selling prepaid and you would like to please contact us at 1-800-508-4841 and one of our reps will assist in getting your terminal setup to provide prepaid services.

What is the Vendor notification process when specifications are updated?

An email notification will be submitted once the updates for the specifications are available on the Blackstone Merchant Services website.

How can first time users access the Blackstone Merchant Services website?

In order to establish a User ID, first time users should reference the Blackstone Merchant Services.com website under Specifications as a new customer. You will be required to complete a Specification Access Questionnaire. Once you have completed the form, your password will be e-mailed to you, giving you access to the specifications section immediately.
